Buffalo River Outdoor Classic Champions
This U15 Jr. Vets Rep team headed state side to the Buffalo River Outdoor Classic.
The team went 4-0 on their way to the championship.
Their first game was a 7-1 victory over the Campus Wild. Game 2 saw the vets skate away with a 6-1 win over the Cazenovia Chiefs in an outdoor game. Saturday the Vets would play their second game outdoors of the weekend at the Classic Rink. Their opponent was Marquis College Mont-Sainte-Anne from Quebec, and skated away with a 3-0 victory and a birth in the championship game.
Sunday in the Championship game it would be a rematch vs Mont-Sainte-Anne. The Vets would take a 3-1 lead after the first and skate away with a 4-1 victory.
