Major Novice Vets Loose in Silver Division Final!
The Major Novice Navy Vets travelled to New York state over the weekend to compete in the Rochester Invitational tournament. The boys played teams from Buffalo, Syracuse and New Jersey in the round robin portion on Friday and Saturday. They were then seeded in the "Silver Division" and in the Semi-Finals, they met the host Rochester Grizzlies and came away with a very exciting 5-4 shoot-out victory. They then met the Syracuse Stars in the Silver Division Final and although the boys jumped out to an early lead - they eventually fell 6-3 in the final.
