Golden Silver Stick
The boys hard work resulted in a gold medal in this past weekend's Silver Stick Qualifier here in Woodstock. 3 wins in the round robin placed the Vets first in their pool. A semi-final win over the Rangers from Kitchener meant a championship match up versus a very strong Essex Ravins team. The boys pulled out a 2-1 win and with that win earned themselves a spot in the International Silver Stick in Newmarket this coming January.
