U11 A, U11 Travel (Woodstock Minor Hockey)

The U-11 A Jr. Navy Vets made the most of their September pre-season by accumulating a 7-1-1 record and capping it off with winning the New Hamburg Early Bird Tournament. The boys and coaching staff are excited to get their regular season started which commences this weekend, on the road in London.  

Thank you to all players who attended this year's tryout. It was an extremely competitive try-out with some very difficult decisions for our coaching staff and evaluators. The coaching staff appreciates all of the hard work that each player put into the tryouts. We are very fortunate to have such a deep talent pool at this age group that will foster incredible development throughout our entire U-11 Rep Level program.

Thank you to all players for bringing your best efforts and providing a very entertaining game to watch - both for your coaches and your parents. All remaining players have been contacted and our final roster will be shared before noon tomorrow.

I hope everyone enjoyed today's sunshine.  Please take time tonight to be with family, friends or doing whatever you enjoy most.  I want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding with this process as we head into the home stretch.

The coaching staff was very proud of how well everyone listened, competed and supported one another out there - it was both inspiring and impressive to watch!   Please take the night off, get a good sleep, as it might be better to catch the Leaf highlights in the morning.
