A few important reminders to know and understand prior to attending
tryouts.
CITY OF WOODSTOCK IS REQUIRING ALL PLAYERS COME DRESSED TO PLAY
Fri Sept 17 – Tryout @ 6:15pm
Sat Sept 18 – Tryout @ 1:45pm
Sun Sept 19 – Exhibition Home vs Cambridge @ 9:15am
Sun Sept 19 – Exhibition Away vs Stratford @ 1:45 pm – Rotary

Mon Sept 20 – Tryout @ 6:45pm

2. Please note the updated Vaccination Policy from the Alliance Minor Hockey of Ontario https://alliancehockey.com/Public/Documents/COVID-19/ALLIANCE_Hockey_RTH_Plan_V3.00.pdf
3. NRP’s are required to be registered with Woodstock Minor Hockey.
4. Please check into the registration table outside the entrance to the arena.
5. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before scheduled ice time to complete registration. We encourage players to arrive partially dressed to ensure they are on the ice on time, as we can enter only 15 minutes prior to ice time.
6. At registration players will be given an envelope with a unique number inside that will be used to communicate game rosters and player releases. This number is CONFIDENTIAL. Each player will have the opportunity to 3 skates which will include a game. Game rosters will be posted to website as early as possible on Saturday for our Sunday games.
7. All releases will be done via the website, with the number the players were given at registration. Releases will made on Sunday September 19th and again on Monday September 20th, so please monitor the website for updates and changes.
8. Please bring a water bottle to all tryouts and games.
