2017-18 PeeWee MD Team
Tryouts for the 2017-18 PeeWee MD team will not take place until the September time-frame due to work that is being done on the Southwood ice pads. Once the try-out times have been determined, they will be posted on the website.
This year we will be looking to continue to improve and build on the successes we achieved at the Minor PeeWee MD level.
Before we can do that we need to assemble a minimum roster of players (13 players and 1 goalie). So, spread the word about our team (the Alliance Minor PeeWee MD Tier II Finalists) and encourage more players to signup and tryout.
If you a not familiar with the MD program, it is essentially a second tier of competitive hockey, not far behind the A/AA Seeded Rep team. It is a feeder program that supports Woodstock's Rep program. In order to play on the team you must be a Woodstock resident or be eligible to represent Woodstock based on "right of choice". If you are interested in playing for the MD team but are uncertain if you are eligible, please contact me via the Woodstock website.
While the ice is out, I hope everyone enjoys the summer and being active in other sports. Looking forward to another fun and successful year.
