Coach Parent Meeting Sept 8 2016
There will be a mandatory Coach Parent meeting held Thursday Sept 8th @ 6pm,sharp at the Woodstock Community Complex.
We will meet at the front entrance. We are hoping that parents will have had a chance to print off the necessary forms, fill them out and bring them to the August practices. We have an early bird tournament booked in Kitchener beginning September9th, so the sooner we can have all this paperwork done, the better it will be. At the meeting we will update everyone on tournaments booked, dress code, fundraising, expectations, coaching and team staff and budget.
There is a team practice after the parent meeting.
