Thanks For A Great Season!
As the season draws to a close, I want to send out a great big thank you to all the kids and parents for making this first season together one of growth, friendship, and lots of fun! Each and every one of these kids has offered something special to this team and it has been my pleasure to watch these kids learn and grow together.
This is my first experience being a member of a competitive team and to be completely honest, I feel so very fortunate to belong to such a great group. It's been said before but I will say it again; the way these kids get along and the cohesiveness of the parents has been the most important win this season. From our first tournament in St. Catharine's, the bond that began to develop throughout the team was unmistakable. Seeing the kids having such fun together on the ice tonight at the end of our season was reinforcement of that bond continuing to grow. Wishing you all a safe and happy summer, and can't wait to see you on the ice next season!
