BRADFORD BLUE & GOLD CHAMPIONS!!!!!
The Woodstock Minor Novice MD team won their second tournament championship in as many weekends when they won the Bradford Blue & Gold Championship this weekend. The team went 2-1 in their round robin games losing to Vaughan Blue (6-1) and beating Warren Park (6-0) and Toronto North Green (5-0).
The team faced Vaughan Blue in the finals and responded with their best overall game this year defeating Vaughan 5-0. The team continued their strong defensive play while taking advantange of their offensive opportunities. The coaching staff could not be more proud of these boys. They are a team both on and off the ice. Congratulations boys!!!! Well deserved.
