THE PROCESS FOR ALL TRAVEL HOCKEY EVALUATIONS AND SEASON REGISTRATION HAS CHANGED THIS SEASON. PLEASE READ BELOW TO UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERLY REGISTERING IN SPORDLE FOR BOTH.
In order to register for try-outs/evaluations, you need to add a try-out fee to your player's Spordle profile. For ages U10 and above, you can add a try-out fee for any centre you will be attending evaluations for. As of April 10th, you will be able to add a try-out fee for WMHA to your player's Spordle profile. Make sure you are selecting the age group they will be going into this upcoming season (check the birth year listed). The try out fee must be added and payment settled before your player will be allowed on the ice.
For Spring evaluations (U10 and above), there are no minimum guaranteed ice times. Players can officially be released after the first ice time.
Once the Head Coach is ready to send offers for roster spots, they will email a link to the parents directly, to the email listed on the player's Spordle profile. That link will take you directly to your player's Spordle account, where you will have a limited amount of time to accept or decline the offer. If you are attending evaluations in multiple centres and receive multiple offers, you will need to decide which organization you will be accepting, within the allocated amount of time. You will only be able to accept ONE offer.
The link they provide will take you to Spordle, where you will be able to complete your season registration for 2025/2026. Please refer to the "Registration" tab on the website for all requirements in order to be approved on the team roster before the season begins.
