REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024-2025 SEASON

Registration for the 2024-2025 season will ONLY be taken online. Please click above to start the online registration.

A $100.00 volunteer bond has been added. 2 hours of volunteer time is required to get your bond back. Team staff who are on the approved roster, are eligible to receive their bond back.

All volunteer bond reimbursements will be sent at the end of the 2024/2025 hockey season.

Note: $80 evaluation fees must be paid before players are permitted on the ice.

Payment Options

- Online Credit Card

You may choose to pay this year’s WMHA registration fees, immediately, online with your Visa or MasterCard, by choosing the online Credit Card Payment Option on Spordle. This is fully secured service operated by Global Payments, affiliated with the CIBC and National Banks.

- E-transfer

Can be sent to [email protected]. Please indicate who, and what the payment is for, in the notes section of the transfer.

Payment Plans

If you require a payment plan for registration fees, please send an email to [email protected].

Refund Policy

Full refunds of normal registration fees will be given if the Board receives a written notice before the first scheduled ice time of the season (including house league evaluations).

With Board approval, the balance of registration fees will be refunded as follows:

Until Nov. 30 – 60%, Dec. 31 – 40%, Jan. 15 – 30% after Jan. 15 on %.
