Here is a walkthrough for creating a Spordle profile:

Please make sure all information is correct, including parent emails and phone numbers. You are required to update this information if it changes at any point, as this is the main contact method for Directors, Coaches, and the General Manager, to send you important information regarding your player throughout the season.

Any player U8 and above, who wishes to attend travel hockey evaluations, must have an $80 tryout fee added to their registration. This must be paid before the player steps on the ice for evaluations.

Before players step on the ice in September, the following must be completed on their Spordle profile:

1. Registration fees must be paid in full. You can select "credit card" as the payment option in Spordle. This is a fully secured service operated by Global Payments, affiliated with the CIBC and National Banks. Alternatively, you can send an e-transfer to [email protected]. If sending an e-transfer, please include the players name and reason for the payment, in the notes section.

2. All waivers must be signed on their Spordle profile.

3. A current utility bill or drivers license, showing the parent(s) name and address, must be uploaded under "documents."

4. The player's birth certificate or passport must be uploaded under "documents."

5. Respect in Sport for Parents is required for every player registered in Minor Hockey.

Once you have completed the course, you need to "import certificate" in the bottom left corner of the Respect in Sport website. This will link to your player's Spordle profile, and only needs to be completed once.

If you have moved addresses since the last hockey season, please send an email to [email protected] to request the proper residential move form.

A $100.00 volunteer bond is added to every player registration. 4 hours of volunteer time is required to receive your bond reimbursement. Team staff who are on the approved roster, and parents who complete the minimum requirements for volunteering, will receive their reimbursement at the end of the hockey season. All details can be found under the "Take Part" tab on the website.

Financial Assistance

Programs are available through Hockey Canada and Canadian Tire Jumpstart. Applications should be submitted in advance of the next hockey season, to ensure funding is received by WMHA in time to apply it to your registration payments.
