REGISTRATION FOR THE 2022-2023 SEASON

Registration for the 2022-2023 season will
ONLY be taken online. Please click above to start the online registration.
Payment options are as follows:
ONLINE - VISA/MC
AT OFFICE - CHEQUE OR DEBIT (payment in full or installment plan)
This year a $100.00 volunteer bond has been added. When you have done 2 hours of volunteer time you will get your bond back. Certified coaches and certified trainer will receive their bond back once their roster has been submitted and approved along with a police check.
Note: Registration fees must be paid before players are permitted on the ice for tryouts or evaluations.

Online Credit Card
You may choose to pay this year’s WMHA registration fees, immediately, online with your Visa or MasterCard, by choosing the online Credit Card Payment Option. This is fully secured service operated by Global Payments, affiliated with the CIBC and National Banks.
Cheque or money order
You may pay your registration fee in full or use the installment plan.
If you choose the installment plan please break up your registration fee(s) into 4 equal payments. Please make 4 cheques to WMHA dated for
August 30, September 30 and October 30. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for NSF cheques.
Note please do not send cash by mail, use a money order if necessary.

Refund Policy
Full refunds of normal registration fees will be given if the Board receives a written notice before the first scheduled ice time of the season (including house league evaluations).
Amount paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears bank.
With Board approval, the balance of registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Until Nov. 30 – 60%, Dec. 31 – 40%, Jan. 15 – 30% after Jan. 15 on %.
