WMHA Annual General Meeting – Notice & Board Nominations
Here are the details for the 2026 WMHA AGM. 

The Woodstock Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on:

📅 Saturday, April 25, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM
📍 Mezzanine – Reeves Community Complex

The AGM provides an opportunity for members to hear updates on the association and participate in the election of Board of Directors positions for the upcoming season.

President Position – Applications Open

WMHA is currently accepting applications for the President position.

Anyone interested in applying is asked to submit their application no later than Wednesday, March 25 at 5:00 PM.

Board Positions Open for Nomination

The following Board positions will be open for nominations and will be elected at the AGM:

  • Secretary

  • Director of Sponsorship

  • Director of Fundraising and Volunteers

  • Director of Equipment

  • Director of B / MD / Select

  • Programming – U10, U11, U12, U13
