Quick reminder regarding WMHA's Code of Conduct and zero tolerance stance regarding bullying and harassment.
First
and foremost, we want to express our sincere appreciation to our membership.
Woodstock Minor Hockey would not exist without the dedication of our players,
families, coaches, and supporters who make our hockey community so special.
As
we continue through the season, we would like to take a moment to remind all
players and families to review the available resources regarding these policies. These guidelines are essential in fostering a culture of respect—on
and off the ice.
It
is important to remember that there is zero tolerance for any form of bullying,
whether verbal, written, or digital. We encourage everyone to familiarize
themselves with the Code of Conduct, as outlined in the WMHA Manual of
Operations, including the Player and Parent Codes of Conduct, and the OHF’s
Harassment, Abuse, Bullying, and Misconduct Policy.
All resources can be found under the "Code of Conduct" header on the website.
Thank
you for your attention to this important matter and for your continued
commitment to making Woodstock Minor Hockey a positive and respectful
environment for all.
Sincerely,
Woodstock Minor Hockey Association Board of Directors
