*Updated* Internal Evaluations
Submitted By Sarah Rider on Friday, October 9, 2020
Woodstock is conducting Internal Evaluations to place participants in Tiers for Internal and External Competition.

Tier 1 Seeded AA/A     Tier 11 Minor Development   Tier 111 House League

Those eligible for Evaluations:
~2019-20 Woodstock Participants Seeded AA/A, Minor Development and House League Select and House League
~New Participants to Hockey Canada Programming (First time players) and those Registered in Non Hockey Canada Programming
~Residential Moves to Woodstock from other Communities
~Players Returning to Woodstock as a Home Centre NRP’s from 2019-20 (Player also have the option to Return Home)

Travel evaluations are beginning October 26. If you have already registered and paid, you are good, but if you have not paid or signed up for tryouts yet then you need to do so by October 19th. $80 can be sent by e-transfer to [email protected] and please include the child’s full name and date of birth.

For U12 and up, there will be only skaters in the building, no spectators allowed, in order to have more numbers for players on the ice.

For U8 to U11, parents will come in with their child to tie skates then parents will exit the building immediately and not return. Coaches and Board members will assist with getting skates off and players back out to their parents.

Masks must still be worn until the hockey helmet goes on, and please, come fully dressed. No hockey bags allowed, a small bag that can fit under a chair is okay, or just carry in your skates and helmets.

**You MUST notify Pat in the office of your child’s full name, division, what jersey colour and number they will be wearing to evaluations by October 25th. If you do not do this then you will not be on the list to enter the building. The player will have to wear this jersey for all of the evaluations.**

If you are injured or in quarantine during a evaluation time, please message your coach so that we are aware for sign in and so that we can be prepared to offer another time.

Travel fees are still being worked out for this new season and will be posted in November.

Currently, there is no ice time for Minor Atom and Atom MD. The Civic starting date has been pushed back. We sincerely apologize that we do not know if there will be a later time for evaluations and adjusted season, or not at this point in time. You are still welcome to attend the Rep evaluation times for your age group.
